Shade provides administrative and operational support for the Investments Department and is actively working toward licensure, driven by a passion for continued learning and professional growth. She began her career with Investment Resources, Inc. as a receptionist, where she quickly demonstrated her reliability and attention to detail, becoming a trusted member of the team and advancing into her current role as Paul Sutherland’s Financial Assistant.
Born and raised in Grants Pass, Oregon, Shade deeply values family, community, and maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Outside of work, she is a passionate dancer and instructor, teaching ballet and jazz at Southern Oregon Dance Center and performing with The Collective, the Rogue Valley’s only professional contemporary dance company. In her free time, she enjoys camping, traveling, writing music, and spending time with her family.
