
After graduating from high school, Sandy began working in the financial industry; first as a bank teller, then at AAA as a book-keeper and switchboard operator. After moving to Oregon in the late 70s, she started working at SOFCU in the loan department and her career as a loan officer began. Sandy has worked on and off as a loan officer for 35 years, taking a break for 10 years to work with her husband in the construction field. During those 10 years she helped homeowners with the details of financing their homes and construction decisions. She has worked at Investment Resources for over 15 years helping clients with their financing needs.
She is married to her husband Steve; they have three grown children, a daughter and twin sons. Sandy has ten grandchildren ranging in age from 7 to 19 years old. Included among her grandchildren are 8 year-old twin girls.
Sandy enjoys spending time with her family, with her high school girlfriends, as well as knitting, scrapbooking, and reading.
